“Lone Summer” Official Music Video by slchld

The Canadian Lo-Fi artist reached out to us to create an entire hand-drawn animated music video for his single “Lone Summer.” Drawing on the themes of loneliness due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, wanderlust, nostalgia, and longing, we put together a story about a lonesome man reminiscing about his loved one who he has been unable to see in a long time. In order to pass the time, he wanders aimlessly around the city, helping others sometimes knowingly and sometimes completely obviously until he arrives at a place where he finds peace and solace.

Convene
Virtual Meetings

In the peak of lockdown, corporations needed to find solutions to keep people in communication whether they were at home or in the office. The workshare startup Convene came up with their own solution by providing users with easy ways to stay connected. This example product demo was animated by our studio to convey the simplicity of the interface and user experience of the product.

HarperCollins Publishing Marketing and Social Videos

These animated book promotions are part of a long standing partnership between HarperCollins and our studio used to promote upcoming books and new releases through social media. In addition to these promotion pieces, we have worked closely with them to produce hundreds of animated audiobook excerpts on their social media platforms as well as some of their editorial video series for their Young Adults categories.
